Mit diesen Lehrg\u00e4ngen bieten wir den Industrieunternehmen des Bergischen Landes eine auf die jeweilige betriebliche Ausbildungssituation angepasste L\u00f6sung an. Neben der fundierten fachbezogenen Basisausbildung werden dar\u00fcber hinaus auch die sozialen Kompetenzen gest\u00e4rkt. Hierzu wird die Ausbildung im BZI sozialp\u00e4dagogisch begleitet und durch Pr\u00e4ventionskurse erg\u00e4nzt:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Gesundheitsmanagement \u2013 Ern\u00e4hrung und Bewegung<br \/>\n&#8211; Selbsthilfe (Erste Hilfe, Defibrillator, Brandbek\u00e4mpfung)<br \/>\n&#8211; Umgang mit sozialen Medien<br \/>\n&#8211; Benimm-ABC<br \/>\n&#8211; Guter Umgang mit Geld<br \/>\n&#8211; Suchtpr\u00e4vention<br \/>\n&#8211; Verkehrssicherheit<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Fachausbildung (ab dem 2. Ausbildungsjahr bis zum Facharbeiterabschluss) bieten wir f\u00fcr die Auszubildenden der Metall-, Elektro- und IT-Berufe einen Katalog von Fachlehrg\u00e4ngen an, aus denen der Ausbildungsbetrieb entsprechend des jeweiligen Bedarfs ausw\u00e4hlen kann und die im Rahmen der betrieblichen Ausbildung besucht werden.
