Als solcher wird er seine Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen nun auch \u00fcberregional einbringen k\u00f6nnen, ist der 62-J\u00e4hrige doch als Mitglied in den Fachausschuss und Arbeitskreis \u201ePr\u00fcfungsaufgaben- und Lehrmittelentwicklungsstelle\u201c f\u00fcr den Beruf des Industrieelektrikers\/der Industrieelektrikerin berufen worden. Daf\u00fcr bringt der BZI-Mitarbeiter grundlegende Expertise mit. Denn seit 33 Jahren ist er als Ausbilder im BZI t\u00e4tig und plant und organisiert \u00fcberdies seit 15 Jahren die Facharbeiterpr\u00fcfung f\u00fcr drei Berufe, die im BZI abgelegt werden. Auf die ehrenamtliche Arbeit im bundesweiten Pr\u00fcfungsausschuss ist er gespannt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Herr Moschkau, was steckt denn hinter dem Fachausschuss PAL?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rainer Moschkau: Dieses Gremium tagt zwei Mal im Jahr und erstellt bundeseinheitlich die Aufgaben f\u00fcr die theoretische und praktische Facharbeiterpr\u00fcfung. Ich bin in den Ausschuss f\u00fcr die Industrieelektriker berufen. Besetzt ist der Ausschuss mit Menschen aus ganz Deutschland, die f\u00fcr einen begrenzten Zeitraum berufen werden. Im April fahre ich nach Stuttgart und werde dann sehen, was mich dort erwartet. Vorab hat es ein paar Telefongespr\u00e4che zur Vorbereitung gegeben. Das Ganze bringt schon ein bisschen zus\u00e4tzliche Arbeit mit sich.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie kam es dazu, dass Sie nun Mitglied in diesem Fachausschuss werden?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vorgeschlagen hat mich die Bergische Industrie- und Handelskammer Wuppertal \u2013 Solingen \u2013 Remscheid. Zun\u00e4chst hat man mich gefragt, ob ich \u00fcberhaupt Interesse an diesem Ehrenamt, f\u00fcr das mich das BZI als mein Arbeitgeber freistellt, habe. Ausschlaggebend war wohl, dass ich seit vielen Jahren das Pr\u00fcfungswesen f\u00fcr das BZI koordiniere und somit Erfahrungen sowohl als Ausbilder als auch als Pr\u00fcfer mitbringe. Es hat mich immer schon gereizt, mal hinter die Kulissen der Aufgabenerstellung zu schauen. Ich glaube, es ist gut, wenn man daf\u00fcr aus der Praxis kommt. Denn \u00fcber die eine oder andere Aufgabe in der Vergangenheit habe ich mich schon gewundert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sie haben gerade erw\u00e4hnt: Die Pr\u00fcfungen werden f\u00fcr ganz Deutschland gestellt. Wie ist da der Ablauf?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Pr\u00fcfungsfragen sind tats\u00e4chlich einheitlich und der Pr\u00fcfungsablauf ist ebenso genau festgelegt. Die theoretische Pr\u00fcfung findet am selben Tag bundeseinheitlich statt, sogar die angeordneten Zeitfenster f\u00fcr die einzelnen Aufgaben m\u00fcssen ber\u00fccksichtigt werden. Damit wird ausgeschlossen, dass es im Zeitalter des Internets zu einer unerw\u00fcnschten Kommunikation kommt. Das alles funktioniert gut. Bei der praktischen Pr\u00fcfung, f\u00fcr die die Pr\u00fcflinge ja ein paar Stunden Zeit haben, gibt es einen Bearbeitungszeitraum, an dem sich die Pr\u00fcfungsbetriebe orientieren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sie selbst haben drei Berufe gelernt, sind Industriemeister Elektrotechnik, Energieanlagenelektroniker und Maschinenschlosser. Von Ihren weitreichenden Kenntnissen profitieren seit Jahren die Auszubildenden und auch die Teilnehmenden an Lehrg\u00e4ngen im Bereich der Weiterbildung im BZI. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ja, und ich bin nach wie vor mit ganzem Herzen Ausbilder. Diese T\u00e4tigkeit ist einfach sehr abwechslungsreich.
