Gleichzeitig suchen immer mehr Betriebe unterschiedlicher Branchen h\u00e4nderingend nach Fachkr\u00e4ften. Aus diesem Grund wurde das landesweite Programm \u201eAusbildungswege NRW\u201c ins Leben gerufen. Das Programm wird ab dem 01. Juli 2023 von 30 Bildungstr\u00e4gern und Tr\u00e4gerverbunden landesweit angeboten.<\/p>\n<p>Das Land NRW finanziert zusammen mit der Europ\u00e4ischen Union das Aus\u00adbildungsprogramm mit rund 500 zus\u00e4tz\u00adlichen Ausbildungspl\u00e4tzen in NRW, um den Fachkr\u00e4ftenachwuchs zu f\u00f6rdern und die Jugendarbeitslosigkeit zu bek\u00e4mpfen. Das landesweite F\u00f6rderprogramm ist eingebunden in die Fachkr\u00e4fteoffensive NRW.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziele des Programms sind insbesondere:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>unversorgten Ausbildungsinteressierten eine individuelle, bedarfsorientierte und flankierende Unterst\u00fctzung bei der Vermittlung in eine Ausbildungsperspektive zu erm\u00f6glichen<\/li>\n<li>Ausbildungsbetriebe bei der Besetzung ihrer Ausbildungsstellen zu unterst\u00fctzen<\/li>\n<li>Ausbildungssuchenden eine Ausbildung in einem Unternehmen und eine anschlie\u00dfende Besch\u00e4ftigungsperspektive zu erm\u00f6glichen<\/li>\n<li>die betriebliche Ausbildung von Fachkr\u00e4ften zu f\u00f6rdern als Beitrag zur Schlie\u00dfung absehbarer regionaler bzw. branchenbezogener Fachkr\u00e4ftel\u00fccken<\/li>\n<li>Anreize f\u00fcr Unternehmen zu schaffen, zus\u00e4tzliche Ausbildungspl\u00e4tze anzubieten<\/li>\n<li>den jungen Menschen Unterst\u00fctzungsm\u00f6glichkeiten w\u00e4hrend ihrer Ausbildung zu er\u00f6ffnen und deren \u00dcbergang zu begleiten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Bereich Wuppertal, Solingen und Remscheid f\u00fchrt die Konzept Bildung und Services GmbH in Kooperation mit Wichernhaus Wuppertal gGmbH, Gabe gGmbH und BZI Remscheid GmbH in Zusammenarbeit mit der Agentur f\u00fcr Arbeit, der Jugendberufsagentur, dem Jobcenter und der Regionalagentur dieses Projekt durch.<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen von drei Programmbausteinen unterst\u00fctzen wir junge Erwachsene auf dem Weg in die Ausbildung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baustein 1: Coaching und Vermittlung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ausgehend vom Bedarf der\/des Ausbildungsinteressierten begleiten und unterst\u00fctzen wir beim individuellen Weg in die Ausbildung. Unsere Angebote reichen dabei vom Profiling der beruflichen Neigungen, Interessen und W\u00fcnschen bis hin zur Zusammenf\u00fchrung von Bewerbern und den Betrieben.<br \/>\nMit dem Angebot sollen ausbildungsinteressierte Menschen f\u00fcr die duale Ausbildung gewonnen werden und Unterst\u00fctzung bei der Vermittlung erhalten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baustein 2: F\u00f6rderung zus\u00e4tzlicher Ausbildungspl\u00e4tze<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hier ist f\u00fcr Betriebe, die einen zus\u00e4tzlichen Ausbildungsplatz schaffen, eine monatliche F\u00f6rderung in H\u00f6he von 325,60 Euro (Vollzeit) bzw. 189,20 Euro (Teilzeit) f\u00fcr maximal 24 Monate m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baustein 3: Tr\u00e4gergest\u00fctzte Ausbildung <\/strong>Betriebe erhalten pro besetztem Ausbildungsplatz eine F\u00f6rderung in H\u00f6he von insgesamt 740 Euro (Vollzeit) bzw. 430 Euro (Teilzeit) monatlich f\u00fcr max. 11 Monate.
