W\u00e4hrend der gesamten Ma\u00dfnahme lernen sie Fachsprache und Fachkenntnisse f\u00fcr den angestrebten Ausbildungsberuf und werden von einer Projektbegleitung individuell unterst\u00fctzt. Die Berufsorientierung erfolgt in Lehrwerkst\u00e4tten und Betrieben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Erste Phase \u2013 Werkstattphase<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zun\u00e4chst folgt eine allgemeine Orientierung in verschiedenen Berufsfeldern. Es werden handwerkliche Fertigkeiten und Kenntnisse vermittelt, Informationen zum Aufbau und Inhalt der dualen Berufsausbildung ausgetauscht, Bewerbungsunterlagen angefertigt, eine Potenzialanalyse durchgef\u00fchrt und auf den Berufsschulunterricht vorbereitet. W\u00e4hrend des gesamten Projektes werden die Teilnehmenden sozialp\u00e4dagogisch betreut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zweite Phase \u2013 Betriebsphase<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Im Anschluss an die Werkstattphase, erfolgt eine Betriebsphase. Dabei sollen die Teilnehmenden den realen Alltag in Betrieben kennen lernen. Die in den Lehrwerkst\u00e4tten erlernten F\u00e4hig- und Fertigkeiten sollen hierbei in der Praxis vertieft werden, und der Umgang mit Kolleginnen\/en und Kundinnen\/en soll die Erweiterung der Sprachkenntnisse f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n<p>Die Betriebsphase endet im besten Fall mit der Aufnahme einer Berufsausbildung in einem Industriebetrieb oder Schaffung einer beruflichen Perspektive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zielgruppe:<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Junge Asylberechtigte, anerkannte Fl\u00fcchtlinge, Asylbewerber und Asylbewerberinnen, Geduldete mit Arbeitsmarktzugang und ihre Angeh\u00f6rigen, die im Rahmen des Familiennachzugs nach Deutschland gekommen sind und eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis nach \u00a727 des Aufenthaltsgesetzes haben \/ Junge Gefl\u00fcchtete und Zugewanderte, die die Vollzeitschulpflicht des Bundeslandes erf\u00fcllt haben und \u00fcber keine anerkannte berufliche Erstausbildung verf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voraussetzungen zur Projektteilnahme:<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (mindestens B1) \/ Es wurde idealerweise bereits ein Integrationssprachkurs (BAMF) oder eine andere schulische oder vergleichbare Vorbereitungsma\u00dfnahme absolviert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unterrichtszeiten:<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Montag bis Freitag | 07:15 bis 16.00 Uhr<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kosten:<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Es entstehen keine Kosten f\u00fcr die Teilnehmenden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fahrtkosten und Verpflegung:<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Die Fahrtkosten werden erstattet. Erhalt von Mittagessen (au\u00dfer in der Betriebsphase)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Termine:<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Der n\u00e4chste Durchgang startet im August 2021. Ein sp\u00e4terer Einstieg ist nicht m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entlohnung:<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Die Teilnehmenden erhalten keinen Lohn w\u00e4hrend des Projekts.
