Er sieht aus wie der L\u00f6we vor unserem Hauptgeb\u00e4ude. Deshalb haben wir uns f\u00fcr das L\u00f6wenthema entschieden\u201c, sagt Anna D\u00f6rschler vom Projekt \u201eFr\u00fchaufsteher\u201c. Das Projekt wird gemeinsam mit der Nelson-Mandela-Schule, St\u00e4dtische Sekundarschule Remscheid seit vielen Jahren durchgef\u00fchrt und hilft bei der vertieften Berufsorientierung. <strong>FR\u00dcHAUFSTEHER\u00a0 <\/strong>wendet sich\u00a0 an die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler (SuS) der Klassen f\u00fcnf bis sieben. Zielgruppe sind hier Kinder des Stadtteils Rosenh\u00fcgel.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Woche hat die Siegerehrung im BZI stattgefunden und gewonnen hat Ben. Dies betrifft in erheblichem Ausma\u00df auch die Ausbildung.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDas BZI ist Teil der Bergischen Wirtschaft und so ist es f\u00fcr uns selbstverst\u00e4ndlich Unternehmen, die durch das Hochwasser betroffen oder auch in Not geraten sind, mit den uns m\u00f6glichen Mitteln zu unterst\u00fctzen\u201c, sagt Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Alexander Lampe. So bietet das BZI mit Start der neuen Grundausbildung in seinen metall- und elektrotechnisch sowie fachlich perfekt ausgestatteten Aus- und Weiterbildungsr\u00e4umen den Firmen die Ausbildung ihrer derzeit gegebenenfalls nur schwer zu besch\u00e4ftigenden oder zu unterweisenden Auszubildenden an. Dabei ist ein Zeitraum vom 16. August bis zun\u00e4chst 31. Dezember 2021 vorgesehen. Damit kann die Ausbildung im BZI unter kompetenter Anleitung der erfahrenen Ausbilder und Ausbilderinnen fortgesetzt werden, so dass den jungen Leuten mit Blick auf den angestrebten Ausbildungsabschluss kein Nachteil entsteht.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePraxis und erg\u00e4nzender Theorieunterricht sind elementare Bausteine f\u00fcr die Sicherung des Fachkr\u00e4ftenachwuchses und die erfolgreiche duale Ausbildung. Aufgeteilt in mehreren Gruppen nehmen die Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen an unserem Pr\u00e4ventionsprogramm teil, das verschiedene Aspekte gesunden Lebens aufgreift. Im ersten Teil geht es um Ern\u00e4hrung und Fitness. So schlie\u00dft sich dem gesunden Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck ein Besuch im Gesundheitszentrum von Medora an, wo an den Ger\u00e4ten unter fachkundiger Anleitung trainiert wird. Denn fit und gut in Form lernt es sich einfach viel besser. Dabei stellte der Gast aus D\u00fcsseldorf viele interessierte Fragen und suchte mit Ausbildern und unseren Azubis das Gespr\u00e4ch. Als Minister der Landesregierung, zu dessen Ressort neben der Wirtschaft auch Energie, Innovation und Digitalisierung geh\u00f6ren, verfolgte er begeistert, mit welchen innovativen M\u00f6glichkeiten und wie unter Einsatz der neuen Medien Aus- und Weiterbildungsinhalte im BZI vermittelt werden. Im Anschluss traf sich Pinkwart noch zu einem Austausch mit den Gastgebern sowie Vertretern unserer Gesellschafter, der Bergischen IHK und des Arbeitgeberverbands von Remscheid und Umgebung e.V. und weiteren G\u00e4sten. Unser Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Alexander Lampe stellte dabei heraus, wie wichtig das BZI f\u00fcr die nachhaltige Sicherung des Fachkr\u00e4ftenachwuchses in der Region ist. Wer eine berufliche Weiterbildung in einem Beruf anstrebt, in dem Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel herrscht, profitiert ebenso.
