Die Teilnehmer haben die M\u00f6glichkeit die Module, von der Grund- \u00fcber die Aufbau- bis zur Anwendungsstufe, innerhalb von ca. neun Monaten zu durchlaufen. Teilnehmer, die bereits in der Vergangenheit einzelne Module absolviert haben, k\u00f6nnen auch w\u00e4hrend des laufenden Lehrgangs in die f\u00fcr sie relevante Stufe einsteigen.<br \/>\nDer Teilnehmer erh\u00e4lt nach regelm\u00e4\u00dfiger Teilnahme und erfolgreich abgelegtem Test das IHK-Zertifikat f\u00fcr die jeweilige Stufe. Die bestandenen Tests aller Lehrgangsmodule berechtigen zum Erhalt des IHK-Zertifikats \u201eIndustriefachkraft (IHK) f\u00fcr CNC-Technik\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zielgruppe<\/strong>:<br \/>\nFachkr\u00e4fte, Meister, Techniker und Ingenieure, die ihre beruflichen Kenntnisse im Hinblick auf die CNC-Technik erweitern wollen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Ziele und Inhalte sind:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Industriefachkraft f\u00fcr CNC-Technik (IHK) \u2013 Grundstufe (berufsbegleitend)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziel<\/strong>:<br \/>\nDie Teilnehmer erwerben, auf der Berufsausbildung aufbauend, Grundkenntnisse und Fertigkeiten im Bereich der CNC-Technik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inhalt (auszugsweise):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basiswissen: Dateiverwaltung, Werkzeugtabelle, Daten\u00fcbertragung<\/li>\n<li>Bahnfunktionen: rechtwinklige Koordinaten, Polarkoordinaten<\/li>\n<li>Bearbeitungszyklen: Bohr-, Fr\u00e4s- und Musterzyklen<\/li>\n<li>Programmiertechnik: Unterprogrammtechnik, Programmteilwiederholung<\/li>\n<li>\u00dcberwiegend praktische \u00dcbungen an CNC-Dreh- und Fr\u00e4smaschinen mit den Steuerungen Siemens, Fanuc und Heidenhain<\/li>\n<li>Lehrgangsinterner Test<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Industriefachkraft f\u00fcr CNC-Technik (IHK) \u2013 Aufbaustufe (berufsbegleitend)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziel<\/strong>:<br \/>\nAuf der Basis der Grundstufe erwerben die Teilnehmer vertieftes und erweitertes Fachwissen, das dem aktuellen Stand der CNC-Technik entspricht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inhalt (auszugsweise):<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vertiefte Programmiertechnik aufbauend auf der Grundstufe<\/li>\n<li>Erweiterte Zyklentechnik, Parametertechnik<\/li>\n<li>C-Achsenprogrammierung<\/li>\n<li>Datenein- und -ausgabe<\/li>\n<li>Fern\u00fcbertragungs- und DNC-Systeme<\/li>\n<li>\u00dcberwiegend vertiefende praktische \u00dcbungen an CNC-Dreh- und Fr\u00e4smaschinen mit den Steuerungen Siemens, Fanuc und Heidenhain mit selbstst\u00e4ndigem Einrichten, Funktionskontrolle und Musterteilfertigung<\/li>\n<li>Lehrgangsinterner Test<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Industriefachkraft f\u00fcr CNC-Technik (IHK) \u2013 Anwendungsstufe (berufsbegleitend)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziel<\/strong>:<br \/>\nAuf der Basis des in der Aufbaustufe erworbenen vertieften und erweiterten Fachwissens wird die Problematik der CAD-CNC-Kopplung behandelt und praktisch trainiert.
