Fachkr\u00e4fte f\u00fcr Metalltechnik der Fachrichtung Zerspanungstechnik fertigen Werkst\u00fccke mit spanabhebenden Fertigungsverfahren, z.B. Fr\u00e4sen, Schleifen oder Drehen. Sie arbeiten haupts\u00e4chlich in Betrieben der metallverarbeitenden Industrie, z.B. im Maschinen-, Ger\u00e4te- oder Fahrzeugbau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zielgruppe:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Der Lehrgang eignet sich insbesondere f\u00fcr Unternehmen, die Ihren Facharbeiterbedarf aus den eigenen Reihen decken m\u00f6chten und ihre un- und angelernten Mitarbeiter zum Facharbeiter qualifizieren wollen aber nat\u00fcrlich auch f\u00fcr private Interessenten, die einen Facharbeiterbrief im Metallbereich erlangen wollen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inhalt (Auszug):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bauelemente mit handgef\u00fchrten Werkzeugen fertigen<\/li>\n<li>Bauelemente mit Maschinen fertigen<\/li>\n<li>Baugruppen herstellen und montieren<\/li>\n<li>Technische Systeme instand halten<\/li>\n<li>Bauelemente durch spanende Fertigungsverfahren herstellen<\/li>\n<li>Werkzeugmaschinen warten und inspizieren<\/li>\n<li>Steuerungstechnische Systeme in Betrieb nehmen<\/li>\n<li>Numerisch gesteuerte Werkzeugmaschinen programmieren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zugangsvoraussetzungen:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Das Interesse an einer T\u00e4tigkeit auf Facharbeiterniveau im metallverarbeitenden Bereich und eine hohe Motivation und Lernbereitschaft der Teilnehmer sind Grundvoraussetzungen, um die angestrebte Externenpr\u00fcfung und somit den Facharbeiterbrief im Ausbildungsberuf \u201eFachkraft f\u00fcr Metalltechnik \u2013 Fachrichtung Zerspanungstechnik\u201c zu erlangen.
